Role Overview

Act as the primary liaison for customer relations, employee matters, and operational planning. Lead daily meetings to promote open communication and collaboration between internal teams and customers. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance and exceed customer service expectations. Manage workforce planning and drive responsible labor costs to ensure an efficient team structure. Analyze operational KPIs to optimize maintenance activities and ensure system reliability.
