Site Manager

The OpportunityWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to support a refurbishment project in Leeds on behalf of a well-established repairs and maintenance contractor.This is a short-term contract (8–10 weeks) with the strong possibility of further work for the right candidate.The RoleYou will be responsible for managing a strip-out and refurbishment project, taking the building back to brick and overseeing the early-stage rebuild works.Key duties include:

Managing day-to-day site operations

Supervising subcontractors and ensuring work ispleted to programme

Ensuring health & safetypliance on site

Coordinating strip-out activities and structural preparation

Liaising with the client and internal teams

Maintaining site records and reporting progress

Requirements

Proven experience working as a Site Manager on refurbishment or strip-out projects

Strong understanding of health & safety regulations
