Site Manager

. Reporting to Project Manager and the Management.

. Over-all in-charge of site planning, operation / activities and not limited to ERSS / excavation works and coordination.

. Ensure site access and logistic are in-order at all times.

. Oversee engineers, coordinators and supervisors to ensure all communication are crossed transmitted, in-order and each of them carry out their duties professionally on site. Conduct site meeting as and when required with regard to site & subcontractor issues.

. Ensures company ISO, safety, environment policies and procedures are adhered to. Ensure safety provision on site are in-order.

. To monitor and chase Structure, Architectural and M&E works to align work progress and catch-up with schedule.

. Closely monitoring of site progress and troubleshoot site constraints to expedite works. Performs routine site inspection to resolve site problems with the Engineers, Coordinators and Supervisors. ...
