We are currently recruiting for an experienced FRA Site Manager to join a contractor delivering long-term social housing frameworks across Woking and surrounding areas.
The role will involve overseeing fire safety and FRA remedial works including passive fire protection, fire doors, and general compliance upgrades within occupied properties.
Responsibilities:
Day-to-day site management
Managing subcontractors and programme delivery
Ensuring H&S and compliance standards are met
QA inspections and site reporting
Liaising with tenants, clients, and operational teamsRequirements:
Previous FRA / fire safety experience
Social housing or refurbishment background
SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid
Strong organisational and communication skillsThis is a long-term opportunity with a secured pipeline of work and opportunities for progression.
