Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Routine office administration, document coordination.
  • Regular site visits and capable of handling scaffolding.
  • Asset materials and invoice clearance.
  • Assist with processing of documents, forms, mailings and materials for the purpose of disseminating information to appropriate departments across the organization.
  • Coordination between site office, head office, supplier, consultant, client, etc.
  • Maintain a variety of manual and computerized files and records for the purpose of providing documentation in accordance with administrative and legal requirements.
  • Maintain inventories of supplies and materials for the purpose of ensuring items availability.
  • Prepare a variety of documents and materials (e.g., notes, standardized correspondence, handouts, purchase requisitions, etc.) for the purpose of documenting activities, providing written references and/or conveying information.
