Job Description
The Site Manager is responsible for the overall planning, execution, supervision, and successful delivery of water treatment and infrastructure projects. The role involves managing site operations, coordinating resources, ensuring compliance with technical, quality, and safety standards, and maintaining effective communication with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams. The Site Manager is accountable for project performance, workforce management, and achieving project objectives within schedule and budget.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and supervise all site activities related to the installation, fabrication, welding, testing, and commissioning of water treatment systems and associated infrastructure.
- Plan, organize, and control project execution to ensure timely completion and compliance with project specifications.
- Lead site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project milestones and maintain productivity.
