Site Quantity Surveyor

Job Description

A well-established property development firm is currently in search of a Site Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Cape Town. Candidates must have gained experienced working on large building developments, which include, residential/ industrial and commercial building projects.

Requirements:

•BSc: Quantity Surveying

•5 years’ experience

•Experience gained working on large building developments

•Proficient in MS Office Suite, MS Projects, CCS Candy and Buildsmart

•Knowledgeable in the JBCC from of contract

•Great communication and leadership skills
