Project Overview
This project establishes the organizational, technical, and governance foundation required to run Observability as an EMEA wide capability. It sets up the Observability Center of Excellence (CoE), defines operating models, and introduces standardized practices for logging, metrics, tracing, and alerting. The project ensures the core observability toolset—Splunk, Dynatrace, and Moogsoft—fully prepared, integrated, and governed as a unified enterprise platform.
