Site Reliability Engineering Lead Location: MARKHAM Duration: 6 Months Salary Range: C$41 INC Introduction We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as an Information Technology Consultant specializing in enterprise observability and reliability. This role is pivotal in developing and leading our company's observability and reliability capability, ensuring comprehensive monitoring of all environmental components. Responsibilities
Own enterprise observability using Dynatrace across various platforms such as cloud, on-prem, ERP, WMS, eCommerce, APIs, and integrations. Design service topology, dashboards, alerts, and health indicators that reflect business impact. Apply SRE principles (SLIs, SLOs, error budgets) to reduce incidents and improve resilience. Accelerate incident detection and root-cause analysis; lead post-incident reviews focused on systemic fixes. Identify reliability, performance, and capacity risks before they impact the business....
