Job Description
The Site Services Supervisor ensures safe efficient and high-quality execution of site services across customer projects. The role focuses on day-to-day site support technical guidance and service consistency while acting as a trusted on-site advisor for customers and a mentor for site teams during complex or critical project phases.
Key Responsibilities
Site Operations & Technical Support
- Supervise day-to-day on-site support delivered by Site Services / Scaffolding Instructors.
- Ensure consistent service quality and strict adherence to ATPAC safety standards.
- Provide hands‑on technical support for complex or non‑standard access and scaffolding solutions.
- Support troubleshooting on active sites to protect safety schedule and productivity.
