Our client is a well-established Calgary-based builder delivering high‑rise concrete residential towers. This role is suited for a mid‑senior level Site Superintendent with proven full‑cycle tower experience— excavation to turnover. In this role, you will be responsible for overall site execution on large‑scale projects, ensuring schedule, safety, quality, and coordination across all trades.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day‑to‑day site operations on high‑rise concrete towers
- Manage schedules, sequencing, and trade coordination
- Oversee concrete structure, envelope, and interior phases
- Enforce safety standards and site compliance
- Coordinate with Project Management, consultants, and inspectors
- Drive schedule certainty and quality delivery through project close‑out
