Job Description
Site Superintendent
- 5+ years of experience in multi-family construction
- Experience with wood‑frame row townhome condominiums, including underground services and utilities
- Exposure to concrete underground parkades (considered an asset)
- Strong commitment to exceptional quality assurance, especially in high‑end finishes and exacting tolerances
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, drawings, specifications, and building materials
- Solid understanding of safety regulations, building codes, and governing authority requirements
- Proven experience managing budgets, schedules, and project milestones
- Strong leadership and team‑building skills
- Ability to work independently while exercising sound judgment and initiative
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment (including lifting up to 60 lbs)
