Job Title: Site Administrator/Site Supervisor

The main function of this role is to build and maintain a relationship with all on-site employees and Clients in the day-to-day running of the operations and to ensure that issues arising daily are managed and only escalated to the Operations Manager that are impossible to resolve without him.

Duties & Responsibilities Perform onboarding and induction. Recruitment. Daily and weekly progress reports. Capturing of accruals/timesheets. Manage PPE requirements. Manage hours/leave and ensure they are forwarded to payroll. Issuing of warnings to staff. Roll call of employees on site. Attending meetings with client. Make sure staff is on site when scheduled to work. Conduct uniform checks and make sure staff is always wearing the correct PPE. Terminations of site staff. Report and assist with IOD.
