Job Description
- Supervise, direct and instruct junior supervisor, foreman, and contractors by ensuring technical specifications and drawings given are compiled within time and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure specifications are met and safety regulations are enforced.
- Supervise Sub‑contractors and nominated subcontractors' progress and quality of work.
- Make regular site inspections to identify nonconformances.
- Communicate and co‑ordinate between the site staff and sub‑contractors.
- Prepare and keep day work records.
- Arrange for inspection, testing and handover.
