Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor all M&E installation works, including electrical, plumbing, sanitary, fire protection, ACMV, and other building services.
- Coordinate M&E activities with architectural, structural, and civil works to avoid clashes and delays.
- Ensure subcontractors perform works according to approved shop drawings, method statements, and project specifications.
- Attend site meetings and coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors on technical and site matters.
- Monitor work progress and provide updates to the Project Manager.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure M&E works comply with project requirements and quality standards.
- Identify and rectify defects, non-conformances, and workmanship issues.
- Assist in inspections, testing, commissioning, and handover processes.
