Site Supervisor

About the Role We are partnering with one of Sydney's leading Tier 1 volume builders to find an experienced Site Manager to join their Western Sydney team. This is a high-volume role managing up to 20 homes at any one time across active land release corridors, with the support of a well-resourced operations team and a strong pipeline of work.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage up to 20 residential builds simultaneously across Western Sydney growth corridors
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors to maintain build programmes and deadlines
• Conduct regular site inspections ensuring quality, compliance and safety standards are met
• Liaise with pre-construction, estimating and customer service teams to ensure smooth site starts
• Manage client walkthroughs, PCI inspections and handovers
• Identify and resolve site issues, variations and defects in a timely manner
