Site Supervisor

The Site Supervisor is based at our Tersang, Raub plantation and responsible for overseeing daily construction and irrigation system operations to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. This role involves monitoring site activities, coordinating with teams and contractors, conducting inspections, enforcing compliance with safety regulations, and providing progress updates to management.

Responsibilities

Oversee the progress of all construction activities and irrigation system projects to ensure timely and quality completion.

Review daily construction work, identify potential issues, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.

Ensure construction and irrigation work meets technical specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Prepare and communicate daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports to the Head of Department or superior.
