We are searching for a skilled Roofer & Shingler Supervisor to oversee both workers and projects. Your role involves managing teams efficiently while ensuring compliance with all safety regulations.
This position requires at least 1 year of supervisory experience, as you will coordinate and schedule activities for teams ranging from 3 to 10 members. Beyond supervision, training of new crew members and ensuring safety at heights are key aspects of this job. The work environment varies from construction to installation across residential and commercial sites.
