Responsibilities
- Ensure sling making is done as per plan and in accordance to the required specifications and quality requirement.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring no delay and fully reviewing and managing any issues.
- Ensure necessary training of team members to maximize their potential.
- Keep management updated with all matters related to sling manufacturing.
- Propose methods and resource requirements to enhance sling making process.
- After completion of sling making, create waybills and arrange for transportation to the barge or vessel.
- Arrange proper storage of all slings and preserve as required.
- Receive slings after offshore completion, perform condition check of the wire rope, and maintain records.
- Inspect slings regularly, clean before and after use, and arrange for proper storage.
