Job Function

The Slot Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Slot Operations Manager with day-to-day operations of the Slot Operations Department, including oversight of all Electronic Gaming Machines (EGMs) and supervision of the Slot Operations Cage staff. All Duties are to be performed within the guidelines of Seneca Gaming and Entertainment’s policies and procedures, NIGC Minimum Internal Control Standards, and SGA Tribal Internal Control Standards.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

1. Responsible to work in conjunction with the Slot Operations Manager in the supervision of personnel and efficient operation of the facilities during an assigned shift. Monitor personnel activities and take appropriate action in support of efficient operations.
