- Identify and define the required data-related enhancements and modifications
- Analyze and determine necessary improvements and adjustments within business processes
- Assess and estimate the anticipated benefits and outcomes resulting from process improvements
- Create, monitor, and maintain scorecards measuring the effectiveness of implemented process enhancements
