Job Description

**Key Responsibilities**
+ Review and standardize all relevant internal processes to ensure compliance, accuracy, and operational consistency, including but not limited to service contract review, order booking, billing, T&M quotation, and order management within the team
+ Support the implementation and rollout of all new service-related initiatives associated with business operations.
+ Collaborate cross-functionally with relevant stakeholders to review, align, and optimize end-to-end upstream and downstream processes, ensuring seamless integration, clear accountability, and consistent execution across the entire service business operation chain
+ Identify risks and support approval process
+ Drive process compliance, SOX, audit readiness
+ Lead continuous improvement and standardization
+ Drive adoption of AI tools to cooperate with professional team
