Job Description

Strategy Planning and Integration of Resources

  • Develop a Therapeutic Area Strategy, to optimize product fit and portfolio strength.
  • Review and manage Marketing mix for each product in portfolio to optimize promotional effort.
  • Develop the highest standards of training material and programs (with BM) and make available to Medical Representatives.
  • Develop product brand plans (with BMs) and submit to Marketing Director.
  • Work with BMs and regional launch team to provide quality product sales forecasting.
  • Break down the brand/indication strategies, key messages and campaign timelines into regional implementation plans, quantified targets and key KPIs.
  • Consolidate resources to accelerate progress on market access
  • Strengthen resource integration and collaboration across regional marketing activities.
  • Lead and Manage Brand Team & Regional Launch Team
