The Job
  • Maintaining accurate revenue data by ensuring deals, renewals, and subscriptions align across Salesforce, CRM, and billing systems
  • Identifying and resolving data discrepancies by coordinating with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance teams
  • Managing renewal operations including tracking upcoming renewals, sending renewal communications using existing templates, and updating records in Salesforce and billing tools
  • Monitoring deal updates, billing changes, and product modifications to ensure data integrity after deal closure
  • Investigating unexpected edits or anomalies and flagging potential risks early to prevent downstream operational issues
  • Supporting revenue controls and internal approval workflows as operational complexity increases
  • Identifying recurring data issues and sharing insights with internal teams to help improve operational processes and system accuracy
