Job Description
Equipment Operation
- Safely operate snow removal equipment such as:
- Skid steers
- Loaders
- Pickup trucks with plows
- Salters/spreaders
- Sidewalk machines (if applicable)
- Clear snow from parking lots, driveways, walkways, and roadways.
- Apply salt, sand, or other de-icing materials as required.
Site Management
- Follow site maps and instructions accurately.
- Monitor weather conditions and respond quickly to service calls.
- Identify hazards such as ice buildup, drifting snow, or required re-plows.
- Ensure properties are safe and meet company quality standards.
Safety & Maintenance
- Inspect and maintain assigned equipment before and after operation.
- Report equipment failures, damages, or unsafe conditions promptly.
- Use proper PPE and follow all company safety protocols.
