Lead snowmaking operations with Northland Properties as a Snowmaking Manager, ensuring top-tier snow quality and production efficiency during the winter season and wildfire preparation.
In this full-time managerial role, you will oversee a team of 10-15 Snowmakers, ensuring the effective operation of snowmaking machinery and adherence to safety protocols. Your responsibilities include developing seasonal plans, coordinating with multiple departments, monitoring performance, and maintaining snowmaking infrastructure to ensure optimal snow coverage for resort operations.
