ABOUT THE ROLE

As Technical expert to provide Customer the Competitive solution in RFQ phase.


Present proper solution to Global for Screening/CQA approval.Analysis the ED&T cost and quote to Customer. Lead the engineering activities before project Nomination to ensure all deliverables provided on time with high quality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Transfer customer requirements to internal, coordinate internal resources to complete shock absorber design and feasibility analysis.

  • Communicate and understand customer SOR and technical requirements.

  • Coordinate resources to finish design, such as 3D, 2D, FEA. Review designs with internal team (CE, manufacturing, purchasing, suppliers).

  • Cooperation with R&D and manufacturing teams to align damper designs with customer requirements‌.

  • Arrange technical review meetings with customers.

  • Lead technical evaluations of damper designs for new project....
