Job Description

Strategy & Planning

  • Partners with HR specialists and work with business / functional unit management on the business/ functional unit’s HR related strategies and plans such as unit restructuring, organization design, manpower planning and succession planning
  • Proactively analyses HR related trends and metrics of the business/ functional unit in partnership with the HR specialists to develop and deliver solutions, programs and policies.
  • Works closely with management of the business/ functional unit & employees to assist in improving work relationships, build morale and increase productivity & retention.

HR Advisory & Support

  • Provides and supports consistent interpretation and application of HR policies, procedures and guidelines relating to HR services, processes and program
