-prepare and take off for tenders for plumbing sanitary and gas works
- compare suppliers and sub contractors quotation
- liaise with clients and suppliers and sub contractors
- Handle replies to clients, negotiation
-lead dept for QS
- assist in ISO preparation
- prepare contracts and monthly progress claims and variation orders
- assist to handle variation orders - read, understand and intepret contractual terms - able to read and interpret construction drawings - prepare reports - able to analyse and compare quotations - attend meetings with clients and suppliers and contractors
