We are looking for a Social Media Analytics & Operations Manager who will be responsible for ensuring Phonak’s global social media channels are efficient, scalable, compliant, and delivering measurable value.
Responsibilities
Analytics & Insights- Own and evolve Phonak’s global social media measurement framework, KPIs, and benchmarks aligned with business objectives
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions across paid, organic, influencer, and advocacy activities
- Analyze performance trends and deliver clear, actionable recommendations to improve reach, engagement, and conversion
- Track ROI of campaigns and always‑on social activity
- Conduct audience, content, and competitive analysis to inform strategy
- Present insights to stakeholders and senior leadership in clear, compelling formats
