Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Social MediaManage Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and Mailchimp campaigns. 
Create and schedule content. 
Monitor engagement and performance metrics. 
Customer EngagementRespond to customer inquiries. 
Engage with online communities. 
Escalate technical queries when required.
