  • Market research
  • Monitor and respond to brand inquiries on Social Media
  • Communication with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
  • Copywriting (captions)
  • Generate, edit, publish, and share daily contents (eg. original text, photos, views)
  • Coordinate and connect between inquiring users, Brilliant Franchisees & Distributors
  • Provide constructive feedback
  • Experience as a Social Media Specialist is a must
  • Hands on experience in content Management
  • Ability to deliver Creative Content (text, image, and video)
  • Knowledge of online Marketing Channels
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and Google Drive
  • Strong communication skills
  • Degree in Marketing or relevant field
