Social Media Manager

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role based in Ahmedabad. The Social Media Manager will plan, create, and publish daily content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, and emerging channels relevant to Bigly’s audience. Responsibilities include developing and executing social media campaigns, managing the content calendar, and coordinating with internal teams (marketing, operations, and kitchen) to highlight farm-to-table stories, product launches, and brand initiatives. The role involves monitoring channel performance, engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and collaborating with designers and content creators to produce visuals, reels, and written posts. The Social Media Manager will track key metrics, prepare performance reports, and recommend optimizations to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.
