Job Description
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of experience managing social media accounts for a brand, business, or organization
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube)
- Proven ability to create engaging content (copy, images, short-form video)
- Excellent written communication and storytelling skills
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, Meta Business Suite)
- Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting (KPIs, engagement rates, reach, conversions)
- Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and campaigns simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and brand voice consistency
