Position: Social Media Manager & Executive Assistant
Type: Part-Time (20 hours per week)
Schedule: Fixed with EST overlap
Compensation: $7/hour
Role Overview
This role combines social media management with executive support. You will be responsible for maintaining brand presence across platforms while also assisting leadership with daily operations and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management
- Manage day‑to‑day posting, scheduling, and community engagement on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create weekly and monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals
- Write clear, engaging, and brand‑consistent captions and content
- Monitor and respond to comments and direct messages in a timely manner
