Key responsibilities:
- Develops compelling brand strategy and tactics with clear positioning and messaging
- Develops and manages the marketing and content calendar and timelines
- Achieves year-over-year growth as determined by executive team in key business areas
- Owns the website and social media channels, create engaging content
- Manages in-house and external creative, design and other resources to deliver timely and quality execution at the lowest cost
- Manages budgets, paid media campaigns, process invoices and track payments
- Develops and manages partnerships and alliances
- Conducts timely analysis of marketing data, using the insights to adapt and revise the marketing strategy and tactics
- Masters and improves systems and tools to achieve efficiency and effectiveness
