Job Overview: We are looking for a Social Media Manager who is audience-first and data-driven, with a creative mindset and strong understanding of how people consume content across platforms.


What You’ll Do:

  • Build and execute social media content and engagement strategies based on audience insights, platform behavior, trends, and performance data.
  • Understand the difference between:
  • what the audience says they want,
  • what shapes brand perception,
  • and what content gets consumed and engaged with.
  • Create platform-native content strategies for LinkedIn, Instagram, X, YouTube, etc., aligned with different audience intent and consumption patterns.
  • Write everything from short, crisp, quirky copies to long-form LinkedIn posts, articles, and thought-leadership content.
