About the Role:

Liquid Personnel is seeking compassionate and experienced Adult Social Workers to join its client’s Learning Disabilities team.
The successful candidate will provide support and services to adults with learning disabilities, helping them to achieve their personal goals and improve their quality of life.

Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ needs and abilities.

Develop, implement, and review individualized care plans.

Provide counseling and support to clients and their families.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and other stakeholders.
