Liquid Personnel is recruiting a passionate Social Worker to join the Preparing for Adulthood Team in Rotherham, supporting young people as they transition into adult services. What will your responsibilities be?
Preparing for Adulthood (PFA) Social Worker

Requires experience working with young adults in transition or leaving care

Must have conducted focused reviews and managed direct payments

Strong knowledge of Care Act assessments, MCA, and Best Interests decisions essential

Familiarity with CHC checklists and 3 days per week in-borough (office/visits) mandatory
