About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated IT Specialist – Retread Systems to act as a key liaison between Continental Retread Solutions (CRS) partners, plant operations, internal IT teams, and external development partners. In this role, you will ensure the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of the CLCSoft shop-floor application.
Key Responsibilities
Development & Release Management (40%)
Gather and document requirements for new features and enhancements
Translate business needs into database designs and specifications
Coordinate development sprints, UAT, and deployments
Manage release processes including version control and documentation
Validate system functionality
Incident & Problem Management (25%)
First point of contact for incidents
Troubleshoot EDI/SFTP issues
