SOFTWARE ARCHITECT / TECHNICAL LEAD

nSearch Global is hiring a Software Architect / Technical Lead to join as a core founding member of our HR tech product team. You will own the technical architecture, lead the build, and shape our product as it moves from MVP into production. This is a hands-on senior engineering role. You will work directly with the founder, our engineering team, and HR domain experts to make critical technical decisions, set engineering standards, and steer the technical roadmap.
