Clio is hiring a Software Developer for our Burnaby Hub. The role follows a hybrid model, requiring office presence at least twice per week on designated Anchor Days.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a team of full‑stack developers to solve complex problems and deliver elegant solutions to Clio customers.
- Participate in an agile environment and work across multiple engineering teams in three countries.
- Review and provide constructive feedback on peer code, both within the local team and across Clio.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high‑quality code.
- Engage in database optimization, large‑scale system design, and performance tuning.
- Apply new technologies and tools rapidly to meet evolving product needs.
- Use AI tools to improve development practices and deliver higher‑quality software.
