Compensation
Salary range: 118,700 – 145,100 CAD per year (35‑hour workweek). Annual bonus target up to 15% of base salary, with potential payout up to double the target. Employee Share Purchase Plan (ESPP) offers a 50% match of net shares. Pension plan provides guaranteed income for life via a defined benefit plan.
