Position Summary

We are looking for a technically robust Software Developer to join the PerseusPay team in a Technical Support role. This is not a traditional support job—it blends software engineering with customer support. You’ll be the first line of defense for production issues, working with dealer customers and internal teams to triage, diagnose, and resolve problems quickly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor production during core business hours and proactively spot issues in payment processing, settlements, and integrations; be available after hours for critical incidents when needed.
  • Triage support requests from dealers and internal teams—assess severity, reproduce issues, identify root cause, and share clear status updates and ETAs.
  • Investigate problems using Datadog, Azure Application Insights, and SQL queries to determine whether issues are caused by data, configuration, integrations, or code.
