We are looking for hands-on Java & PLSQL professionals with 5+ years of large & complex software development lifecycle experience.Following are the required skillsets.
**Core Skills**:**Must have**:- Excellent knowledge of Java, J2EE- Excellent coding, debugging skills in Java, J2EE- Working knowledge in SQL and PLSQL- Proficient in database designing and development using Oracle Databases**Good to have**:- Thorough knowledge in RDBMS & PLSQL programming- Experience in Database performance tuning- Understanding of Webservices standards, e.g. SOAP, WS Policies, JCA, etc.
**Soft Skills**:- Excellent written & verbal communication, Interpersonal Skills to work in a global team
