We're creating an employee listening system that helps build a workplace where Amazonians can invent and deliver on behalf of customers. Our products and services are used by ~2.4 million employees every day and enable Amazon to collect employee sentiment on topics like Job Satisfaction, Career Growth, Day 1 Culture and more.We generate data, metrics, and insights in the right places to drive high quality, high velocity, high impact decisions.
Our team combines the culture of a startup, the innovation and creativity of an R&D lab, and technical challenges at the scale of Amazon.
