Software Development Manager, AI Powered Search

Job Summary

We are currently seeking a Software Development Manager to join our Engineering team for the AI-Powered Search Team, part of the AI Platform organization. This role is available to candidates across Canada, excluding Quebec.

Location & Work Model

If you are local to one of our hubs (Burnaby, Calgary, or Toronto), you will be expected to be in the office minimum twice per week on one of our Anchor Days. Hybrid work environment is available for local Clions (Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Dublin and Sydney).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with your triad (Designer + Product + Development Manager leadership group) to understand business challenges, identify high-impact opportunities, and craft a team roadmap.
