This role in our progressive division focuses on cloud-based logistics solutions for third-party logistics companies. Reporting directly to the Director of Software Development, you will manage a team of 12+ developers while driving cross-functional collaboration and maintaining high development standards. We seek a technical leader experienced in agile practices to impact our long-term strategy positively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical leadership to motivate high-performing teams
• Oversee 4 leads and 12+ developers and QA analysts
• Drive alignment and build an engineering culture
• Ensure high-quality, scalable code with CI/CD practices
• Monitor progress and address project challenges
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
