Software Development Specialist - L3 Production Support We are currently seeking a Software Development Specialist - L3 Production Support to join our team in Guadalajara, Aguascalientes (MX-AGU), Mexico. 
Qualifications Hands‑on development experience in Core Java with at least 3 years. 
Worked on projects in the Java tech stack. 
Clear coding interview using CoderPad.io. 
Overall software experience 6‑9 years. 
Strong in Java. 
Experience with SQL, Splunk, Git. 
Hands‑on experience using ServiceNow and process workflow. 
Hands‑on experience with AWS preferred. 
3+ years of relevant L3 support. 
Responsibilities Provide support for resolution of L3 issues with detailed analysis, code fixes, and rigorous testing. 
Support product servers and clients on cutting‑edge platforms, contributing to continuous improvement and continuous delivery.
