Software Development Specialist

We are currently seeking a Software Development Specialist to join our remote team in Mexico (MX).
Day-to-day Responsibilities:
- Actively provide support for resolution of L2 issues with detailed analysis
- Aid in code fixes and rigorous testing where required
- Good knowledge of Unix, SQL and scripting languages
- Work on supporting product servers and clients on cutting-edge platforms
- Contribute to our continuous improvement and continuous delivery
- Work effectively in collaboration with other team members
- Provide technical feedback and support to development teams
- Perform detailed RCA of issues in production, and implement corrective actions
- Validated collaboration and communication skills, being able to lead in a global environment
Basic Qualifications:
- Unix, SQL and knowledge of other scripting languages
- Knowledge of programming language - preferably Java
